Facility Coordinator

Overview

3-5 years of experience

  • Work closely with Facilities team to ensure operations & communications flow efficiently through the team
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Blue Mountain system management and administration including work order processing, reporting, queries, change management and documentation relating to asset information, bills of materials, safety procedures, preventative maintenance programming (Blue Mountain a must)
  • The main point of contact for work requests from the service center and route work orders accordingly
  • Provide reporting & coordination to enable streamlined preventive maintenance, calibration, and other work planning
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support department procurement needs
  • Support the management of Facilities & Engineering Documentation (Drawings, Specifications, Safety Procedures, etc.)
  • Takes initiative and independently works on projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Keep customers/requestors informed of the status of work, schedules, completion, and closeout, including soliciting feedback from the end-user to support continuous improvement
  • Inform and keep customers appraised of schedule estimates and any change. Receive and respond to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide department Administrative Service support as needed
  • Experience with controlled document management systems (Veeva preferred) in a GMP regulated environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Ability to work on teams and work well under general direction with tight timelines
  • High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality
  • Strong initiative, tact, communication, and interpersonal skills a must
