Applied Mechanical Speaker Featured at Facility Managers Event

Steve Rorabacher, Director of Marketing for Applied Mechanical Inc., was invited to give the keynote address to the New Mexico Facility Managers Network meeting on February 17, 2010. Mr. Rorabacher presented his findings on energy efficiency and energy conservation to the membership.

His presentation, entitled: “Facility Environmental Performance as a Strategic Element in Energy Conservation”, provided a practical guide on how industrial and commercial facilities can achieve in excess of 30% energy savings per year with little or no out of pocket capital expense.

Mr. Rorabacher’s presentation, based upon AM Technical Solutions’ FEP service offering, showed how an HVAC audit with adjustments becomes essentially a self-funded project providing energy savings and air quality improvements. The presentation was very well received, prompting numerous requests for more information and for individual follow-up presentations.
