3D Build Animations. We provide a 3D animation for every project that shows the construction sequence and how your cleanroom will be built in the field. The animation provides a vision for how the space looks throughout the process. This, coupled with our 4 Partners execution plans and project controls, ensures your project will stay on budget and on schedule with the scopes we control. Our project controls and animations can be updated during key phases and project milestones to give our clients real-time tracking of where the project is in relation to the schedule.
Cleanroom Construction. We specialize in cleanroom builds for ISO Class 3-8. We work with customer specifications for the type of flooring (raised, epoxy, ESD, welded seam), size (<1000 to >265,000), room specifications (FDA, cGMP, USP 797, USP 800, 503B), airflow design (plenum, direct duct, fan filter units), or component manufacturer (Plascore, Portafab, Dagard, Kingspan, BASX, Huntair, Tate, and Gordon).
We have extensive knowledge of cleanroom remediation that identifies issues and develops a project plan to bring facilities up to specification in the most efficient manner possible. We have also relocated cleanrooms and reconfigured to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
The industries that we serve include Semiconductor, Biopharm, Life Science, Data Centers , Research Labs, and Higher Education.
Data Center Construction. We act as a single-source partner from programming to project completion. If needed, we provide various interior build-out options from multiple suppliers, including Tate, Subzero, Polargy, Chatsworth, and Armstrong. We include cost estimates and recommendations based on our industry experience.
Our installation team coordinates pre-fab and field-constructed systems to reduce installation cycle times and the number of contractors working in congested areas. This allows us to ensure quality control and adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards.
Our goal is to implement the best solution for your project in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Our team is comfortable acquiring and working with a variety of materials to create the desired data center, including metal flooring, wall systems, drop ceilings, and interstitial steel.
