How We Are Providing Gas Sampling and Analysis Support
We have been asked to deliver various project scopes for Life Science projects to support each client’s process gas sampling and analysis needs. The project scopes that we have been asked to support include the following.
Process Gas System Baseline Testing
This could be for a new system install or an existing system with no historical data.
- Our team helps establish a baseline of what the system is capable of providing.
- Alternatively, we prove that the system has been installed per specification and meets the specific criteria required by the facility.
Operational & Performance
We have supported the qualification of new systems or existing systems. In these projects, our technicians take samples at statistically valid locations and measure in our lab. The data analysis and reports are provided to our client.
We are also capable of incorporating Subject Matter Expert (SME) Commissioning and Qualification Engineers (CQV) to generate and execute the qualification protocols and provide a final summary report documenting that the system is fit for its intended use.
Routine Sampling Programs
We support routine sampling programs for our clients. Our team has been asked to support programs on a quarterly, annual, or other specified schedule.
These types of projects help fill a gap for clients who do not have an in-house laboratory or do not have the bandwidth to handle the effort internally.
