AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) recently completed an architectural install, testing and certification of a pharmaceutical cleanroom wall and ceiling system for a 2,000 square foot facility that supplies the highest quality fine chemicals, compounding supplies, and compounding solutions to their clients worldwide.
“We were recommended by one of our strategic partners because they know our Project Managers don’t accept anything but the best. We have the expertise on the product itself, we are efficient with our installs, and thorough during the testing and certification phase,” says Robert Logston, Cleanroom Construction Product Manager at AM Cleanroom Build and Performance.
The overall solution also complies with USP 797 standards. USP stands for United States Pharmacopeial Convention, which is a scientific nonprofit organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality, and purity of medicines, food ingredients, and dietary supplements manufactured, distributed and consumed worldwide. USP’s drug standards are enforceable in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration, and these standards are used in more than 140 countries.
Additionally, the cleanroom complies with biosafety level 4 (BSL-4), which is the most stringent of the standard microbiological practices common to all laboratories.
“Our Project Managers and Cleanroom Construction Technicians are very familiar with the industry standards, all of the materials, and the equipment. Owners of pharmaceutical facilities realize they have to partner with a company who not only helps create the overall solution, but also deliver. When the work is not done to perfect standard, our clients lose valuable production time,” says Logston.
AMCBP is a NEBB-Certified company having completed over 5,000 projects including various scopes of cleanroom construction: construction management, cleanroom certification, design / build, QA/QC analytical testing, and cleanroom testing, visit their website at www.AMCleanroomBuild.com.
