Kelly McAndrew serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of AM Technical Solutions and is Founder and Board Chairman of Soldiers For Faith Ministries.
As CEO at AM Technical Solutions, Mr. McAndrew leads the company as a global leader in high-tech construction. His strategic leading has driven the company into diversified markets, product strategies and acquisitions resulting in AM Technical Solutions becoming a Global force and Solutions leader in the Advanced Technology markets.
Mr. McAndrew’s primary role is to facilitate new business partnerships and investments for AMTS. He oversees and delivers executive planning and strategic decisions supporting AMTS success.
Mr. McAndrew is also founder and CEO of ‘Soldiers For Faith Ministries’, a Christ centered outreach providing Biblically based support and discipleship across the US and abroad. Additionally he is founder of ‘At Home Concert Experience’, a unique interactive online music experience that has brought hope and joy through a pandemic, to those most in need. At Home Concert has reached over (50,000) people many consider the least of these and (56) countries globally.
Mr. McAndrew also serves on multiple Ministry Boards.
Married to his wife of 37 years, Kelly and Lisa have two married sons and (5) beautiful grandchildren.

Michael McAndrew is the Chief Financial Officer of AM Technical Solutions. As the CFO, Michael is responsible for accounting, financial reporting and planning, treasury, risk management, and administration.
Mike is the former CEO of Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq: BBOX), a $1B Global Communication Services Company headquartered in Pittsburgh. During his nearly 30 years with the company, Mike held numerous leadership positions in IT, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. He was promoted to CFO in 2002 and held that position before being elevated to the COO role in 2012. Mike was appointed CEO in 2013.
In his role as CFO for our company, Mike supports the financial components of our company’s Corporate Strategy through optimized capital structure, value-add business intelligence, managed risk, and developed partnerships necessary to drive success of the enterprise.
Mike has extensive business and financial experience in the public and private sectors. He was previously engaged to provide Advisory/Consulting services for companies in the areas of Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, and M&A.
Educationally, Mike graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors in Computer Science.
Matt Shipley

Mr. Shipley is the General Manager for AM Technical Solutions. Mr. Shipley has over 30 years of experience in Energy, Technology, R&D, and Semiconductor industries. He has held senior leadership positions in Facility Operations, Engineering and Design, and Construction with Intel, Micron Technology, IM Flash Technology, IM Flash Singapore, and MSE. He started his career working with the Department of Energy doing R&D on clean coal energy production and nuclear waste remediation technologies.
He has spent the last 25 years working in the Semiconductor industry leading sustaining operations, engineering and construction teams. He has extensive experience with mission critical facility operations, LEED certified buildings, greenfield construction, factory retrofits, conversions, and startups, both in the US and internationally. He has successfully led multi-billion dollar programs with global footprints. Mr. Shipley has been instrumental driving successful organizations through cultural change utilizing the themes of Lean, Integrated Project Delivery, and Trust Based Teaming. He has provided leadership in Diversity and Inclusion, Career Development and Mentoring programs in large organizations.
Mr. Shipley holds B.S. and M.S. Engineering degrees from the University of Montana and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Idaho. He has been certified as both a Project Management Professional and a Certified Facility Manager.
Married with three daughters Mr. Shipley enjoys the Northwest and the outdoors with his family.

Mr. Davé is the Chief Business Officer for AM Technical Solutions. Mr. Davé has over 30 years of experience primarily in Semiconductors and Photonics, and most recently in Medical Devices. He has held numerous leadership positions for Philips Healthcare, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, NXP, MiCRUS, and Hughes Optical Systems (Perkin-Elmer).
In semiconductors, his leadership positions include serving as the General Manager at NXP Semiconductors of a fabrication facility focused on analog mixed signal semiconductor technologies, and as the VP of Operations at GLOBALFOUNDRIES covering all aspects of manufacturing, process integration, test and yield engineering.
Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years at Perkin-Elmer/Hughes Optical Systems working on the manufacturing and research and development of optical coatings and optics fabrication. Prior to his current role, Mr. Davé served as VP Operations at Philips Healthcare leading the operations team through remediation.
Mr. Davé earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, and his M.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
Abbie Gregg

Abbie Gregg, Chief Technology Officer of AM Technical Solutions, Inc., is an industry expert and cleanroom consultant with more than 30 years of experience in engineering consulting. She specializes in microelectronics process analysis and the design, startup and operations of cleanrooms, advanced laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Abbie has sponsored several key semiconductor and life sciences projects at AMTS and continues to consult on advanced technology, novel materials and device development, design and construction challenges, and manufacturing scale up for AMTS clients. Abbie is a Judge on the SEFA Lab of the Year Award team and a member of the ASU Chemical Engineering Accreditation Advisory Board.
As President of Abbie Gregg, Inc. (AGI), Abbie successfully built a preeminent Architecture, Engineering, Consulting and Design company and personally led over 850 projects worldwide. These have included Operations Consulting, Facility Design and Construction, and Startup and Optimization projects.
She has advanced the capabilities of semiconductor technologies around the world through work in Wafer Fab Designs, MEMS, Flexible Electronics, Nanotechnology, Photovoltaic and FPD Projects in USA, Europe, Canada, Asia, Middle East, Australia, and South America. Projects have included technology transfer, yield enhancement, improved operations effectiveness, and all phases of design, engineering and construction for high-tech facilities.
Abbie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Maine. Abbie served as a Process Engineer at Fairchild Semiconductor, Engineering Section Head at National Semiconductor, Engineering Manager at Motorola and General Instrument Corp, Fab Operations Manager at GTE Microcircuits, Assembly and Test Operations Manager at Medtronic MicroRel, and QA/International Tech Transfer Manager at General Semiconductor.
Abbie makes her home in Tempe, Arizona but still speaks with her New York childhood accent. She was recently thrilled to become a grandmother!

Dan Codi is the Chief Operating Officer for AM Technical Solutions. He oversees all operational aspects of the firm’s business units and is responsible for ensuring AM Technical Solutions’ operational excellence.
Mr. Codi has previously served in the roles of CEO, President, and Senior Vice President of Product Development. He has been instrumental in driving the business and bringing additional value to the business.
Mr. Codi has over 20 years of semiconductor experience in manufacturing and facility operations, product engineering, yield management, and process/equipment engineering. He has held numerous leadership positions for IBM, Philips, NXP, and MiCRUS. Mr. Codi’s experience ranges from leading edge technology development, sustaining operations activity, product development as well as project management and oversight of facility closure. He has managed organizations of more than 500 people, where he successfully developed enhanced organizational methods, including championing a site-wide Six Sigma Program, that enabled breakthrough improvements in cycle time and yield, while decreasing cost and increasing facility capacity.
Mr. Codi also served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Customer Interface and Engineering for Array Optronix, an Opto-electronics company and has experience working in Joint Venture environments through his time with IBM as part of the ISDA 20nm CMOS technology development project where he collaborated with partners from GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Samsung, and ST.
Mr. Codi earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
Married with four sons, Mr. Codi enjoys coaching soccer, basketball and baseball as well as spectating. He and his wife, Cindy, are very active volunteers in their church and community with the Florida Community Food Pantry, Lay Associates of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, and 15 years as a School Board of Education elected trustee.

Tim Glasson is the Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for leading M&A, Integration, and Marketing as well as supporting Operations, Business Development, Resourcing, and Contracts.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Glasson held prominent C-Level positions as a President, SVP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and SVP of Logistics in the Transportation, Logistics, Utilities and Consulting industries, both in public and private sectors. Mr. Glasson has gained experience working with several Boards and equity groups to include startups, high growth, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and exit strategies. He has led operations with full P&L responsibility with revenues over $160M and 2,000 employees.
He has a heavy discipline in operations, customer service, financial management and analysis that have contributed to company success. His astute understanding in finance and operations has increased value for companies through superior metrics, discipline, and overall performance while building incredible teams.
Mr. Glasson earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting, while graduating with honors, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and has a BBA in Management from Amberton University in Dallas, Texas.
Married with three children and three grandsons, Mr. Glasson enjoys spending time with his family, running and endurance events.

Bob Fountaine is the SVP of Sales for AM Technical Solutions. Bob is primarily responsible for business development across all verticals for our company.
As our leading sales executive, Bob is responsible for informing industries such as advanced technologies, universities, solar, and life science on our “First Time Right” approach to project delivery that delivers on Cost + Quality + Schedule that our company is known for in the high-tech construction market.
Bob helps us identify how we can help customers in these industries design and complete their vision for construction projects, while also protecting their company brand and achieving the necessary return on investment.
Prior to joining AM in 2020, Bob achieved success leading sales efforts in industries such as construction, software, cellular tower, healthcare, oil and gas, and advanced technologies. This included helping develop multi-million dollar construction work in the oil and gas industry. He was also successful in recovering $50+ million in state sales tax across all industries.
Most importantly, Bob’s approach to supporting customers aligns with our core values to positively affect the communities where we do business. Bob shares our passion to support our clients, our values, and our communities where we do business.
Bob’s desire to help others extends beyond a business setting. Bob supports a local food bank in Pennsylvania to help families in his community. He also enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife of 25 years, Jill, and three children, Luke, Mia, and Lily.

Anthony (Tony) Manti, our SVP of Contracting/Supply Chain, is one of our company leaders in high-tech construction project delivery for semiconductor clients. Tony has 25 years of specific experience in semiconductor facility projects.
Tony is responsible for negotiating all customer contracts, managing subcontractors on large projects, supervising proposal creation from a financial standpoint, and supporting the Lead Resourcing team.
Tony graduated from Union College with a Mechanical Engineering degree and received an MBA in Supply Chain and Finance from Michigan State. Outside of our company, Tony volunteers in the Austin community and is on the Board of the RBI Austin organization that supports youth sports in the Central Texas region.
Kathy Palmieri

Kathy Palmieri is the VP of Human Resources. As an HR manager, she is primarily responsible for people operations managing worker-related issues.
In her 20 years of HR support for our company, Kathy has made a positive difference in the lives of employees by guiding them through challenging situations. She is particularly excited to put a face to a name when meeting employees at job sites.
Kathy is most proud of two initiatives that have had a positive impact on our company. She led a DocuSign “paperless drive” to support eco friendliness and she implemented an online benefits portal. She also leads the annual administrative team meeting.
Kathy is appreciative of her time at AM because of how she has developed as a manager, co-worker, and employee through the company’s commitment to doing the right thing for customers, employees, and the community.
In her time away from the office, Kathy loves to restore old things (mostly furniture), bake and eat, spend quality time with her grandbabies, hunt for the next estate sale treasure, and spend time on the beach with a good book or friend.
