Robert Logston

Robert Logston
Senior Vice President, Construction
Robert Logston is the Senior Vice President, Construction for AM Technical Construction business. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the company’s high-tech construction projects to include cleanroom expansions and new builds, data center builds, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, and other high-tech construction projects.
Prior to joining AM through acquisition, Robert led a regional cleanroom build and rigging / crating business that was the catalyst for the company’s growth on the fixed price construction business.
Robert understands the importance of communication and “doing the right thing” for our clients on every project. He has over twenty years of successful leadership in cleanroom construction and has managed hundreds of builds in life science, higher education, semiconductor, and data centers from 100 sq. ft. to 265,000 sq. ft. in size and scope, and has managed builds ranging from $10,000 to $15,000,000 in budget.
Robert has a proven ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex projects under aggressive time lines with a demonstrated track record of proven expertise. Robert is married and has three boys who he enjoys coaching in basketball.

Curtis Gwilliam is the Senior Vice President, Operations for AM Technical Solutions. In this role he is responsible for directing and leading the company’s global operations. With over two decades of advanced technology construction experience, Mr. Gwilliam brings a wide range of industry knowledge, accredited certifications, and operational excellence to this position.
Mr. Gwilliam began his career with AM Technical Solutions in 2007 and has overseen semiconductor and pharmaceutical projects worldwide. In his current role as SVP, Operations he’s in charge of strategic customer relations, business development initiatives and overseeing operational execution on large scale projects. Mr. Gwilliam’s contributions have been paramount in AM Technical Solutions’ continual success as he has spearheaded negotiations of multi-million dollar contracts that have led to numerous quarters of growth and profitability.
Outside of work, Curtis enjoys an outdoor lifestyle in Colorado with his wife and two children.

Brian Williams is the Senior Vice President of AM Life Sciences. As the head of our Life Science division, Brian is responsible for the business strategy and development of our integrated services and solutions in the global life science industry.
During his time in the life sciences industry, Brian has supported Engineering Capital Projects in a variety of different roles. Brian is experienced with many different facets of life science from Design Conception through Construction, Startup, Commissioning and Qualification, and handoff to the end-user.
Brian also has experience as Technical Engineering Lead for Facilities, Utilities, and Process Equipment for Facility Buildouts, Construction and Project Management roles in Engineering fields, Business Development, and Client Relations.
In his role as SVP of Live Sciences, Brian appreciates the opportunity to spread the AM culture to employees as well as our clients, build teams that are able to support our clients, help clients achieve their milestones and goals, and see the end-goal of helping clients bring novel and life-changing therapies to the market.
Away from work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their young boy, Hunter, who keeps them on their toes. Brian also enjoys cycling, trail running, hiking, and any other type of outdoor activity that keeps him active.

Project Executive
Stephen Poindexter is the Project Executive for all major projects for the company. He is responsible for leading the delivery of the company’s highest value projects to include implementation and startup and working closely with the client. Mr. Poindexter joined the firm in 2001.
Prior to his current role he held positions in the US as President, Strategic Accounts Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Poindexter also held the position of European Strategic Account Manager and he oversaw the successful start up of AM’s “light footprint” overseas business model in Europe and Israel.
Mr. Poindexter began his involvement in the Semiconductor Industry in 1996 as a High Purity Systems Supervisor for Clean Room Technologies, and he has extensive experience in the quality side of facilities and systems installation. Prior to working in the semiconductor industry, Mr. Poindexter worked 8 years in the Nuclear Overhaul and Refueling industry for Northrop Grumman Group where he also served a 4 year apprenticeship in Naval Nuclear Pipefitting at Newport News Shipbuilding.
Married with four children, two boys and two girls, Mr. Poindexter is an avid golfer and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

David O’Hanlon directs our international business activity in key markets. David is directly responsible for supporting our company’s growth initiatives in Europe and Asia to create a long-term sustainable business operation. He focuses on business development and operations management to ensure successful project delivery for projects throughout this international region.
David rejoined our company in 2022 after previously serving in various leadership roles from 2000 to 2016. During this timeframe, David was Director of International Operations, European Regional Manager, and a QA/QC Project Manager. From 2016 until returning to our company, David supported numerous international projects in the semiconductor, Life Science, and Data Center markets.
In total, David has worked in the high-tech construction industry for more than 25 years. He has managed projects in Asia, Europe, Russia, Israel, and Brazil with great success. He returned to our company to support some of the most innovative and challenging projects in the world.
Educationally, David possesses a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). He is married with 2 children and 1 grandchild. When he is not traveling the globe leading high-tech construction projects, David enjoys golf, watching sports, and music.

Most notably, Dave has extensive operations and project management experience particularly in highly cost competitive areas.

Kevin Kittrell is the Vice President of Global Accounts. As VP, Kevin supports Operations within the core business.
Kevin has 25+ years experience in the high-tech industry. During his career, Kevin has held a number of construction positions from Quality Assurance to Executive Management.
In his operations leadership role, Kevin has a front-row seat supporting some of the hardest working men and women in the industry. His leadership for our company has helped us continue to do what’s best for each client and deliver on Cost, Quality, and Schedule every time.
When not working, Kevin splits his time between running a non-profit and a ranch. Kevin and his wife started a non-profit (4:12 Kids) to encourage, empower, and equip youth to pursue positive choices in preparation for life, relationships, community service, and leadership. On the ranch, Kevin raises Texas Longhorns, which has turned into a family business.
Kevin and his wife have become very active fostering children in Texas. Their growing family is very actively involved in the local church and community, helping to build a better place for their kids.

Kieran Heneghan, our Operations Leader, has a strong record of ensuring the success of highly complex high-tech construction projects for our clients. Kieran has amassed 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years in high-tech industries.
Kieran works to develop strong client relationships, conduct thorough planning, and communicate effectively in all his projects. He has demonstrated a strong understanding of how to work with clients to solve problems and manage construction projects to completion.
Kieran has been responsible for supporting the operational needs of fab projects in the Northeast U.S., Southwest U.S., and Europe. Throughout his time with our company, Kieran has provided oversight into crucial client projects and collaborated with other AM partners on new opportunities that have arisen for our company.
Scott Lessard

Scott Lessard is the Vice President, Life Science. In his executive role, Scott is responsible for contributing to the growth of the Life Science division as well as other business units within AM Technical Solutions.
Prior to joining our company, Scott was the Director of Business Development & Strategy with DPS Group where he had several key responsibilities, including growing and managing the life sciences accounts within the Technical Services Operation in the New England area. In this role, Scott gained significant, relevant experience within the Technical Services sector of the life sciences industry. Scott also supported the business side of Architectural & Engineering Design, Construction Management, Project Management, and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV).
Scott also built a successful career on the operations side of the life sciences industry, specifically within Upstream and Cell Culture Operations. Scott contributed over 14 years to several reputable Biotech companies such as Wyeth, Pfizer, Lonza Biologics, and Sanofi Genzyme.
Scott’s work for Sanofi Genzyme included leading the site through a very challenging Consent Decree. In some cases, this consisted of full remediation of Quality Systems, Process, Automation Systems, and Documentation. The Consent Decree lasted nearly eight years and challenged everyone at the site in ways they had never before imagined. Completing this effort was one of Scott’s career highlights.
During this challenging period of his career, Scott also gravitated toward complex capital projects, specializing in Tech Transfer, Manufacturing Operational Readiness, and oversight and delivery of full EPCMV capital projects. This experience provided Scott with rewarding, hands-on technical expertise that transferred well to his executive role in our company.
As the VP, Life Science, Scott is focused on growing and expanding our life sciences division to take advantage of tremendous opportunities for AM to play a pivotal role in the industry for years to come. As a cross-functional leader, Scott also contributes to other key areas of the business by providing unique industry perspective and lending his expertise to support decision-making.
Personally, Scott is a family man who is blessed to be surrounded by a loving family and good friends. Scott and his wife Erica have been happily married for 13+ years. They have two beautiful children, Naomi and Hayden, and a weimaraner named Chase. He is intentional about incorporating family and friends into his leisure activities, which includes spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, boating, riding ATV’s, and traveling.
Spiritually, Scott and his family members are heavily tied into the community and a number of charities, including Bethany Christian Services. Bethany believes that every child deserves to be loved, connected, and safe. Their mission is built on the belief that, together, the world can be saved through family.

Robert McAndrew is the Vice President of Global Accounts. As the Operations VP of Core Business, Robert manages day-to-day operational activities over multiple accounts across the U.S.
Robert has worked in the semiconductor industry since 2006, having started in the trades working with HVAC and process piping systems. From there, Rob transitioned into process tool equipment installations in the critical Lithography area of the fabrication facilities.
In his Operations leadership role, Robert works closely with management to find avenues to grow our business. He also works with junior leadership and employees to grow our core values.
Outside of the company, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and children. One of their favorite activities as a family is traveling.

John Birtwell drives toward successful project completion for our customers in his role as Director of Operations, Life Sciences. John is focused on operational infrastructure development, resourcing projects to execute project scope, and account management to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
During his extensive career, John has delivered multi-million dollar capital projects throughout the Life Science industries. He has also supported ongoing operations for companies and assisted in quadrupling the growth of multiple operations. John’s specific market experience includes 10+ years in pharma and microelectronics. He has also supported projects for medical devices, aerospace, and defense.
John graduated from Harvard University. He also played and coached professional baseball. John and his wife, Loula, have three daughters, Penelope, Alexcia, and Christiana.
Christopher Allen

Regional VP of Operations
Christopher Allen is responsible for directing and leading our West Coast operations. Chris has 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor market and 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Chris develops new project opportunities, builds customer relationships, provides support within our core business, and identifies future leaders internally. He promotes our core values by proactively supporting our employees and customers.
Chris appreciates being a first-hand witness to project delivery from fruition to completion. Since joining our company in 2011, Chris has managed multiple large-scale projects in the U.S., successfully delivered turnkey QA/QC programs, managed large-scale tool installation retrofits, and acted as site operations manager. He has led teams in a variety of projects, including multimillion-dollar tool installation, de-install, facility operations, and quality assurance programs.
Outside of our company, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, including his daughter, River, who brought a completely new light into his family’s world. To recharge, he enjoys traveling abroad, spending time outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, and playing golf.

Michelle Henegar is the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy. As the VP of our M&A Strategy, Michelle is responsible for establishing and analyzing new strategic partnerships to bring growth and diversification to the company.
Michelle’s responsibilities include merger and acquisition strategy, research and due diligence, contract negotiation, integration, and alignment with new partnerships. She was previously the SVP and CFO of Abbie Gregg, Inc. (AGI), which was purchased by our company in 2019. In this role for AGI, Michelle handled the legal, financial, operations, and HR processes necessary to run a successful professional services firm for 25 years.
Michelle played a vital role in AGI managing both internal professional teams as well as subcontractors, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, travel, domestic and international taxation, international contracts, local customs and policies, safety, IT/communications, and security. Michelle also reviewed and managed all client contracts, proposals, nondisclosure agreements, and invoicing.
Michelle is particularly proud of developing an internal and automated project financial tracking system. This system was well ahead of its time — 20 years before such systems became available commercially — allowing for immediate financial tracking of projects, human resources, subcontractors, invoicing, profitability, and benchmarking.
In her role as VP of M&A Strategy for AM, Michelle is excited about the opportunity to share in the growth of the company and create new opportunities for employees. She achieved that goal for AGI, where she enabled the licensing of multiple professional engineers and architects throughout the United States, as well as the professional firm registrations needed to practice architecture and engineering in many states.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (major in Finance) from the University of Phoenix. Personally, Michelle is married with four children and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending quality time with her growing family at the beach and in the woods.

Eric Kauffman serves in a strategic leadership role as the VP of Product Development & Deployment for AM Technical Solutions. Eric solves complex technical and operational problems for our clients to increase performance for potential and existing projects.
In his role, Eric strategizes, develops, and implements practical procedures, tools, and solutions to meet the needs of each project. Eric supports the documentation of project work throughout all phases, spearheads implementation efforts, and trains project teams. Eric follows through by leading the effort to sustain products by monitoring usage, listening to feedback, and making adjustments throughout the product life, including revamping product delivery when incremental changes require modifications.
Eric considers himself a life-long learner constantly acquiring practical skills, learning about history and philosophy, and designing and building things in the home. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his four children.

Director, BIM/VDC and Design
Kenneth (Ken) Zabriskie, our Director of BIM/VDC and Design, has 23 years of experience in facilities planning, design, and construction. He has a demonstrated history of project leadership in the fast-paced manufacturing and advanced technology labs and cleanrooms environment.
Ken has successfully managed and coordinated design work for cleanrooms of various ISO classes, test facilities, clean and dirty labs, support space, automated material handling systems (AMHS), tool/equipment layout, design, and installation. He has managed many different design teams and supported contract designers/engineers for facility construction, tool/equipment install, and sustaining operations.
Ken leverages his extensive industry knowledge of multi-discipline design to support the architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, chemical, and gas needs of each project. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of our engineering and design projects, Ken has achieved distinction in the industry as a Certified ICC Code Inspector.

Terry Behrens is a highly accomplished consulting/engineering professional with over 40 years of experience in high-tech industries providing design, program/project management, new product introduction, factory planning, engineering, and construction.
During his career, Terry has successfully driven customer revenue growth through business process re-engineering, supply chain management, product lifecycle management, and global expansion projects. These projects have included most of the leading semiconductor companies, serving logic, memory, and ASIC technologies.
Terry is a strategic relationship-builder who is focused on delivering exceptional value for each customer. He is a big thinker who turns innovative ideas into sustainable practices that help companies advance their capabilities and succeed in the market.

Mark Alavi, PE, is the Director of Engineering for our Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Design team. Mark is responsible for all engineering aspects of key disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation & Controls, Life Safety, and Process engineering. He is an exceptional engineer and leader, as demonstrated by the fact that he was our company’s first process engineering manager.
Mark coordinates and develops engineering resources, strategizes and assigns resources to all projects, and empowers others to problem-solve engineering issues. He is also the engineer of record for our client projects. Mark is highly qualified to handle this responsibility because of his profound experience with cleanrooms, R&D labs, and semiconductor fabrication facilities.
During his career, Mark has served in roles that include project manager, lead engineer, QA/QC, subject matter expert, and technical support for consulting, design, engineering, and construction projects. He has managed multiple design and construction administration projects for public and private R&D facilities, government facilities, industrial manufacturing facilities, and universities. He’s also supported green site base build, renovations, expansions, and tool install.

Craig Rossrucker is a highly-accomplished industrial engineering and design professional with 25+ years of project leadership experience. Craig serves as our Vice President of Design, responsible for overseeing the critical design elements of cleanroom construction for clients in multiple markets.
Craig supports cleanroom design, project management, 3D designs, AutoCAD and Revit customization, facility management, programming, and software customization for specific projects. He is responsible for modeling semiconductors facilities, FPD factories, pilot lines, and R&D centers, including taking into account product cost, material handling, cleanroom space, and capital investment.
Craig has developed BIM standard procedures for advanced semiconductor facility design. He also has extensive experience with subfab space optimization. Throughout his career, Craig has led projects for global semiconductor companies, world-class colleges and universities, and advanced biotechnology companies.

April Rossrucker is integral to our Architecture and Engineering (A/E) team. As the Director of A/E Business Development, April works closely with high-tech companies to understand their challenges, identify solutions, and relay project needs to our internal teams.
April manages each new A/E proposal development, tracks opportunities from relationship to acquisition, and serves as a liaison between clients and our teams to help drive projects to completion. She possesses recognized customer service skills and a strong Account Manager background. She is a proven relationship-builder and problem-solver who aims to address concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. April strives toward project goals to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to each client’s objectives.
Outside of our company, we are incredibly proud of April’s service to our country. She is a United States Navy veteran. She is also a proud mom to four boys and “Oma” to one grandson. In her personal time, April enjoys camping, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Dan Novac is our Director of Architecture for the AM Design office in Tempe, Arizona. Dan is responsible for managing 20+ designers of varying experience and specialties. He focuses on team coordination, provides mentoring and training to designers, and ensures the proper allocation of resources for each client project.
Dan also oversees and monitors a number of active projects at a high level. He serves as a client representative and the Architect of Record, which requires his seal on the appropriate documentation in jurisdictions where he maintains an active architectural license. He is currently licensed in 13 states within the continental U.S.
Dan has 25+ years of experience in the architectural industry, including 15+ years in high-tech market sectors. He has extensive project management experience and is familiar with multiple delivery methods. Dan has fulfilled several roles for technical projects, including on-site observation, field surveys, budget reviews, BIM and CAD drafting/coordination, specifications work, and sustainability. He has been an LEED accredited professional since 2008.

Anton Fernando is the Controller for AM Technical Solutions. Anton performs a number of critical accounting, tax, and financial services both domestically and globally to support the operational integrity of our company.
In his role, Anton compiles and analyzes financial reporting packages, handles cash management, assures timely collection of A/R, and performs weekly reporting of A/R aging. Anton also submits covenant compliance and reports to the bank, maintains AM licenses and state business registration, submits monthly sales tax reports. and serves as our primary contact with foreign accountants.
Anton has 30+ years of experience in accounting across multiple industries including Health, Bio Tech, and Construction. Anton’s previous positions in the U.S. and internationally include Cost Accountant and Senior Finance Manager, Compliance Lead, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Accounting Manager.
Anton has received numerous recognitions during his career, including his work for treasury management and cost savings, the transition of a treasury department, two payroll conversions, and recognizing and coordinating the automation of various reports to improve productivity and efficiency.
During his time with our company, Anton has appreciated the work culture and is excited to be part of a growing team with a great work ethic. He also appreciates the opportunity to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making and to make a positive difference in cash flow.
Anton moved to the U.S. in 2001 from Sri Lanka with his wife and daughter. They enjoy their new life in America and have been blessed with many achievements and relationships with great people. Anton loves spending time with family and friends, community service, traveling, new adventures, and cricket as a sport. Also, Anton leads the Sri Lankan Catholic rosary group in Austin. Whenever an opportunity arises, Anton enjoys giving back to communities in Sri Lanka.

Lynn Brown is the Senior Controller of AM Technical Solutions. Lynn has great responsibility and expanded operational interaction through her management of our company’s accounting staff and financial operations.
In her role as Controller, Lynn oversees payroll processing, produces financial reports, manages audit, 401(k), and banking relationships, provides support for project proposals, and satisfies ad hoc requests for information.
Lynn has 30+ years of accounting experience in both public and private industries. She is a licensed CPA in Texas and obtained her BS in Accounting from George Mason University. Prior to joining AM, she held positions such as Sr. Accountant, Controller, and VP of Finance. In addition to operational accounting and tax preparation in public accounting, her private company responsibilities included financial statement preparation, audit management, operational accounting, and liaison to external auditors, vendors, and customers.
Lynn is particularly excited about using her position in the company to support the AM culture by giving back to the community and its employees as a faith-based organization. She is already embedded in the community having served as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in foster care, and feels privileged to be a mentor/supporter to those children.
Outside of the office, Lynn enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. She has three enjoyable adult children, one of whom is married. After moving across the country seven times growing up, she settled into Austin, where she has lived for more than 25 years and now calls home.
