Because of the highly complex nature of the project, our senior construction management services will be divided into deliberate stages. To achieve the project goals, we will provide consultancy services for architectural design development and subsequent phases, including sequencing strategy, design validation, and regulatory compliance.

At every stage of the project, our reports will include analysis, design options for optimizing maintenance, operations, and adaptability.
The Program Integration Lead will oversee coordination between various teams to support project planning, scheduling, and integration. The role will require alignment across engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams, while providing comprehensive reporting and communication to stakeholders.
Our key responsibilities will include developing project strategies, managing schedules and milestones, facilitating cross-functional planning, reviewing contractor control plans, managing interfaces, and mitigating project risks.
Once the project is completed, the new semiconductor facility will deliver incredible economic value in the following ways:
