- Alignment between our safety manual and the owner’s HSE requirements
Because we already follow the most stringent applicable standard – treating the owner’s HSE manual as the baseline and applying our internal rules wherever they go further – the audit did not require major changes. Instead, it confirmed that our teams were operating as we expect them to every day.
The auditor noted that our company ranked among the top contractors on site in terms of preparedness and program strength. Just as important, the broader audit effort helped bring every contractor closer to that same level, reinforcing a safer, more consistent environment across the entire job site.
