AM Technical Solutions (AM) recently won a bid for cleanroom construction project work to support a global corporation in the Southwestern U.S.
The main aspect of the project is to mechanically and electrically install purge reticle stockers at a semiconductor cleanroom facility.
Because of the highly-technical nature of this project, we were asked to provide specific support services to ensure complete installation to the satisfaction of the customer.
Cleanroom Construction Services We Will Be Providing
AM has been contracted to provide all equipment, tools, man lifts, and rigging equipment that will be required to complete the project work.
Additionally, the project calls for AM team members with a specialized skillset to work with the customer’s team to complete the project work at the facility. We will provide the manpower to support the critical mechanical and electrical installation aspects.
The working team will consist of technical installers from our Cleanrooom Build team, technical installers from our OEM tool install team, and construction managers from the customer, who will direct our teams’ actions and assist with materials selection.
We will also support the project with an on-site safety manager to assist the team with safety needs.
With safety being critical for this semiconductor cleanroom construction project, we will be providing support through each of the following safety elements:
- Site training and badging
- Safety and Quality Installation Orientation
- General Contractor Safety Training (Our Project Specific Safety Training)
- Additional safety training required on-site
