AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) recently completed two major cleanroom construction projects for a semiconductor facility in the Southern United States.
Our project-ready team gutted and reworked ceiling filters and installed Class 4 cleanroom walls within their 4,500 square foot implant area, so a new tool could be placed. We finished the project by installing emergency exit doors and a fire-rated pass-through.
In a separate 5,000 square foot cleanroom, our team removed the ceiling and installed structural steel at 15 feet to lower utilities and ductwork for easier maintenance before installing a new ceiling grid and filters.
“This client hired us to complete multiple cleanroom projects within their facility because of our dedication to finishing every job on time and within budget,” says David Logston, AM Cleanroom Build and Performance Project Manager.
