Joe Rae, one of our Logistics Project Managers, was recently recognized by a client for displaying the core values we bring to every project. We are proud of Joe’s efforts in coordinating safe project work for our client to their complete satisfaction.
How Joe Rae Went Above and Beyond for Our Client
Joe Rae was formally recognized by the client’s ESLT (Executive Safety Leadership Team) during a meeting of company executives. The meeting occurs once per quarter, with executives from all on-site contractors in attendance as well as the customer.
Joe was recognized for always going above and beyond his duties to ensure that projects are completed safely and successfully with minimal impacts on people and the client’s operations.
The award noted that Joe leads by example, which is a critical leadership trait for each of our project managers. By taking ownership of projects and guiding others to the successful completion of projects, we are able to deliver on all three project constraints (time, cost, and quality) for each project, every time.
