4:12 Kids continues to make a significant impact in the Central Texas community. This wonderful non-profit organization founded by two of our employees, Charity and Kevin Kittrell, hosted an “Easter Eggstravaganza” earlier this month that reached hundreds of kids and families.
Despite rain in the forecast on Saturday morning, April 8th, the organization put on its largest event to date, attracting more than 1,500 people to the Lockhart Little League Complex – City Park.
The milestone event included vendor shopping, bounce houses, face-painting, a petting zoo, Easter crafts, and, of course, an Easter egg hunt! Overall, it was an excellent opportunity to share the good news of Easter with so many members of the community.
AM Technical Solutions (AM) is proud to continue supporting 4:12 Kids and the Kittrells as they continue to put in so much time and effort to grow the organization.
Easter Eggstravaganza By the Numbers
There was so much to be excited about during this year’s Easter event. It was great to see the baseball field at the Lockhart Little League Complex turned into a giant Easter Egg hunt.
Hundreds of kids of all ages ran across left field, center field, and right field in search of eggs, especially the valuable Golden Eggs spread across the outfield.
Take a look at everything that went into this year’s Easter event:
- 10,000 treat-filled eggs
- 60 golden egg prizes
- 5 age-divided areas for the Easter Egg hunt
- A dedicated special needs area during the egg hunt
- 37 food and craft vendors
- Multiple bounce houses and lawn games
- So many pets at the petting zoo!
We invite you to get involved with 4:12 Kids. The organization supports the Central Texas community, especially in the Lockhart area, by hosting events and activities that support local children and their families. It’s a great way to give back and make an eternal impact.
“We appreciate our company’s support by helping us strengthen bonds with the local community,” says Charity Kittrell. “4:12 Kids is our passion, and we are on track to continue growing the organization through even more events, such as our annual Backpack Drive next school year.”
