The ISPE-CaSA 22nd Annual Golf Tournament at Prestonwood Country Club brought together around 300 players including Stephen Perry, Founder and CEO of Kymanox and his guest, Jim Hubbard, to network and support a deserving charity.
Torry and Terrence Holt were children when they lost their mother to cancer. After success in the NFL, the brothers started a foundation focused on helping children who are going through the same thing.
It’s a serious issue. Eighteen percent of newly diagnosed cancer patients have dependent children and a third are caring for children under the age of six. In total, around three million children have a parent battling cancer.
The Holt Brothers Foundation provides education, emotional support, peer empathy and inspiration to those kids. ISPE-CaSA wanted to help.
“The event was a success. ISPE-CaSA was able to donate over $10,000 on behalf of the players and chapter that day. It was a privilege to participate,” says Jim Hubbard, North American Business Development, and the Education Chair for the ISPE-CaSA Chapter.
