AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) completed the architectural install of a 3,000 square foot cleanroom on the campus of a medical center in Dallas, Texas.
Our team designed a durable solution, built to the cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) standard, that includes our own proprietary ceiling grid system allowing for minimal spacing below the building’s ceiling.
The client also gave AMCBP responsibility for cleanroom protocol training to all trades involved on the broader construction project. AMCBP cleanroom technicians planned and delivered classes on using clean build protocol throughout all four phases of construction to ensure the integrity of the clean environment remained intact.
“Our experience in specialty cleanroom construction environments was a big advantage. The person responsible for this facility understood the importance of working with a team who can not only design an efficient solution, but who is capable of reliably working in a sensitive environment,” says Robert Logston, Cleanroom Construction Product Manager at AM Cleanroom Build and Performance.
“We hope to continue to work with their team as the overall facility expands,” finishes Logston.
AMCBP is a NEBB-Certified company having completed over 5,000 projects including various scopes of cleanroom construction: construction management, cleanroom certification, design / build, QA/QC analytical testing, and cleanroom testing, visit their website at www.AMCleanroomBuild.com.
