AM Cleanroom Build & Performance (AMCRB) recently helped a semiconductor factory in the Southwestern United States complete a tool move.
Our team supplied and installed temporary protocol barriers, demolished the modular cleanroom, demolished a ¼” liner wall system at the double doors and reinstalled them after the tool move was completed, provided all necessary supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to uncrate, move-in and set CMP tools in the cleanroom. We also installed floor protection and plating over the trench and as well as additional drywall and metal stud framing for the wall jambs and header.
“This project presented a range of obstacles due to the complicated nature of the demolition process. Through our cleanroom construction experience, we were able to complete this project successfully.” says Robert Logston, Construction Division.
