AMQS Completes Non Destructive Inspection Scope at BioPharm Facility

A biopharmaceutical company wanted to increase its production capacity by adding 40,000 square feet to one of its facilities in North America and they needed an experienced team qualified to national standards and knowledgeable in advanced inspection methods to ensure the new process piping system was certified to meet FDA approval. 

AM Quality Services (AMQS) was chosen by the installing mechanical contractor because of our reputation as an industry leader in weld inspection for process piping systems.

Our scope included management of material inspection, welder and weld equipment certification, video borescope of welds, slope verification, passivation acceptance, and Turn Over Package (TOP) documentation to be reviewed by validation teams.
