The Leadership Team at AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) recently held their quarterly leadership meeting in Austin, Texas.
At this meeting, the Leadership Team held both tactical and strategic war room discussions in addition to operational safety reviews for 2017 and 2018 outlook and strategy sessions. Having quarterly meetings helps keep the AMTS team prepared for important initiatives in the upcoming months.
We left the team feeling poised and ready for 2018 and cannot wait to see what the new year brings.
