AMTS has steadily increased workload over the past three years. We were extremely confident that we could add new jobs without sacrificing safety because our teams have bought into our safety culture and have proven their commitment to following through at each job site.
In 2018, our company logged 20 percent more man hours compared to 2017 and 66 percent more man hours compared to 2016.
Yet, despite the increased workload for our teams, we only had one recordable incident during the entire year, covering nearly a quarter of a million man hours worked.
