AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) has once again sponsored Kevin and Charity Kittrell’s mission trip to Agua Zarca, Guatemala.
The two AMTS employees are members of The Connection Church in Buda, Texas, who adopted the village and return each year to complete projects that dramatically improve the lives of this Guatemalan community.
You may remember last year’s trip where the pair helped build chicken coops and taught the locals how to manage them.
“I greatly appreciate the support we received from AMTS during our last trip. The fact they have once again decided to support this charitable work is a true testament to their generosity and commitment to the community,” says Kevin Kittrell.
This year, Kevin and Charity helped pave a school courtyard to prevent eroding from rainwater as it runs down the mountain. They also assisted in building a storage room for food and supplies used to feed the children of the village each day.
“It’s extraordinary to see a struggling community gain hope, and it’s all thanks to The Connection Church and the support from AMTS. We’ve had the opportunity to better the lives of the families who live here, and their gratitude continues to echo from the mountains, says Charity Kittrell.
