AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) sponsored the youth Texas Jr. Stars hockey team in the Dallas Stars Travel Hockey League.
The Texas Jr. Stars placed 2nd place in their division during the regular season, went on to the league playoffs as the second seed, and won the championship. During the playoffs, the Texas Jr. Stars defeating the Houston team (the 3rd seed) two straight games in the semi-finals and went on to beat the Amarillo team (the 1st seed) two straight games in the finals.
Their combined record during the regular season and playoffs was 16 wins and 8 losses in a total of 24 games played.
During the season the Texas Jr. Stars also played in two additional tournaments:
- The Silverstick Regional Tournament in Frederick, MD over Thanksgiving weekend
- Won 1st place in the division to qualify for the international tournament
- The Silverstick International Tournament in Ontario Canada
- Made the semifinals before being eliminated
