AM Technical Solutions (AM) is excited to welcome Director of Operations, John Birtwell, to our company. John will be part of our Life Science leadership team.
Leveraging John’s Prior Industry Experience
John comes to AM after achieving success in executive level roles in the life science and microelectronics industries. Most recently, John was the VP of Recruitment for a woman-owned staffing agency called USPRO, and prior to that was the Recruitment and Operations Manager for DPS Group Global.
John helped develop industry-leading recruitment tools, best-practices, industry specific candidate pipelines, all with a heavy commitment to a comprehensive understanding of both candidate and company needs.
“I have been fortunate to be in positions where I am able to make contributions to a number of different winning teams and programs,” says John. “I look forward to working with the people at AM and adding to our success.”
John is a graduate of Harvard University where he played on the baseball team before going on to coach at both the collegiate and professional levels. He also earned his Masters Degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University.
John’s passion for people and helping others extends beyond the business setting. John supports his church at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church in Massachusetts, coaches baseball at Roxbury Latin, and with other schools and organizations.
He also enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife Loula, and three girls, Penelope, Alexcia, and Christiana.
“We are excited to welcome John to our company. His experience with building successful teams in the Life Science and Semiconductor industries will provide a lot of value for our high-tech industry clients,” says Sandeep Davé Chief Business Officer. “Beyond business development, we believe Bob is a tremendous fit for our company because of his personal and family values that align with our culture.”
