Our Global Construction Project Management Services in India
We have been assigned the following key responsibilities serving as the construction project management team for our client:
- Comply with the client’s project safety system and suggest improvements.
- Develop and maintain the primary Base Build schedule, including detailed milestones from design start to completion.
- Collaborate with Base Build construction for proper schedule integration.
- Identify potential risks and develop/implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee all trade and third-party construction activities according to the approved schedule and budget.
- Prioritize MEP systems based on criticality, complexity, and real-time situations to overcome challenges.
- Ensure proper sequencing of activities and establish processes in the fab cleanroom environments.
- Provide guidance to our client and subcontractor to develop a best-in-class commissioning execution plan.
- Conduct quality control and assurance during each stage of the project.
- Develop ideas for faster project completion and oversee the implementation of the approved ideas.
- Monitor and report on performance to our client according to a set cadence.
Our goal is to provide our client with flexibility, visibility, and control throughout the project, aiming for reliable benchmark performance in safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Our methodology is founded on an integrated project delivery model, utilizing a highly skilled and experienced global team with specialty expertise in high-tech construction.
To meet our client’s timeline, we will focus on identifying and mitigating potential delays. For example, we will be working with the trades to identify areas where we can implement Lean best practices, accelerate implementation schedules, utilize industry-accepted planning methodologies, and support tool install to ramp up wafer production.
Our team on the ground will supplement the planning efforts with a proactive focus on quality and safety. We will ensure a comprehensive understanding of required construction quality practices and provide coaching during the construction, testing, and verification stages.
