Members of the AMTS Executive Team spent time with customer Site Managers from around the world for a day of strategic planning, and an evening of kart racing.
The event was held at Central Texas Speedway, which is located near the company’s headquarters in Austin, Texas.
“We have so many people on our project leadership teams spread around the world. It’s important that we pull together from time-to-time for strategic planning initiatives, as well as team building. Getting out on the high-speed karting track is a really fun way to let loose and just enjoy some time together,” says Stephen Poindexter, COO of AMTS.
“We were able to pull in Site Managers from Israel, Ireland, Russia, New York, Arizona, Colorado and Oregon. Culture has always been so important to us. And as we grow and expand our customer and employee relationships, it’s critical for us to make time to communicate and plan in person,” continues Poindexter.
AMTS is celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary. A client-first, collaborative approach is a core operating value at AMTS, and has been a key driver behind company growth in recent years.
AMTS provides diverse integrated solutions across a facilities life cycle to include new cleanroom construction, integrated construction management, total quality programs, capital asset solutions, as well as cleanroom certification and testing.
