At AM Technical Solutions (AM), doing what’s right for our people isn’t limited to high-tech construction projects. It extends to supporting the employees who make up our company and the communities they serve worldwide.
Two of our own, Cesario and Haydee Natividad, are living proof of what happens when a company’s values take root in its people. Based in Oregon, Cesario and Haydee regularly travel to the Philippines as part of their ongoing mission work through CH Ministries, a Christian nonprofit they founded to feed the poor, spread the gospel, and restore hope through service.
In 2026, they completed another mission to the Philippines, traveling to the province of Palawan. See what was accomplished on the ground and how CH Ministries continues to serve some of the most vulnerable families in the region.
How CH Ministries Is Making a Difference in the Philippines
CH Ministries operates across several dimensions of service in the Philippines, a country where communities face persistent economic hardship and, at times, the added vulnerability of natural disasters.
The work is tangible and consistent. CH Ministries feeds families, distributes clothing and hygiene kits, sponsors students, and runs free medical and dental clinics in partnership with local health professionals. Also, the Word goes out through a variety of dedicated programs and the team shows up to repair churches, restore homes, and rebuild shelters.
On their most recent trip to Palawan, the duo helped the local community in the following tangible ways:
- Preached scripture alongside local pastors in multiple churches throughout the region.
- Assembled and distributed food and hygiene packages to poor and homeless families.
- Handed out kids’ craft kits to children throughout the area.
- Documented the construction needs for two unfinished church buildings, enabling a plan for future completion.
- Revisited a family they met on a previous trip and used remaining mission funds to add walls and a solid floor, turning an open frame into an enclosed, dignified home.
Cesario and Haydee’s commitment to serving the community is a direct expression of the values we hold as a company: stewardship of people, a long-view approach to community investment, and the belief that doing what’s right matters more than what’s most convenient.
