AMTS Director of East Coast Operations, Jim Hubbard, recently joined the ISPE Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter.
“I want to continue to build relationships with other colleagues in the Life Sciences field. I have attended several events and enjoyed sharing experiences with other members, as well as matching our business capabilities that meet their needs. Even though we’re in the middle of a technology boom, I feel the importance of meeting people face to face has actually become even more important,” says Hubbard. “Although conference calls, webinars, and emails are convenient, it means so much more when you can have conversations in person.”
The ISPE Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter is a not-for-profit volunteer society of technical professionals who apply their practical knowledge in the regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries.
“The local Chapter does participate in community giving, and one of my goals as a member is to impact that even further, and hold more charitable functions within our local communities,” says Hubbard.
An upcoming important event is the 21st Annual Life Sciences Technology Conference on April 8, 2014 featuring speakers from the industry, seminars and over 200 exhibitors’ of the industry’s top equipment and service providers.
