Prior to joining AM in November 2019, Mr. Engwer held executive positions as a CEO, Executive Director, General Manager, and VP of Sales and Marketing. He will initially be applying his expertise in a business development role for our company.

One of our company’s objectives in 2020 is to expand our global capabilities for semiconductor fabrication project delivery for our customers in the microelectronics industry.
Harry Engwer has the expertise we sought to support this key business objective. His experience includes the following:
- Global business experience and relations.
- Expert in semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering, sales, support, and refurbishment.
- Experience with contracts for semiconductor manufacturing companies.
Additionally, Mr. Engwer achieved outstanding results in his leadership roles. This included expanding capabilities and growing the business for a previous employer supporting refurbishment of AMAT equipment, and starting up a semiconductor labor business that he operated for six years.
We also appreciate that Mr. Engwer has boots-on-the-ground experience spending four years in China overseeing the production of semiconductor manufacturing equipment on a global scale.
The Man Behind the Experience
Most importantly, Harry Engwer’s values align with the mission of our company to do what’s right and deliver value to our customers, our people, our company, and our community.
Mr. Engwer has supported Dell Children’s Hospital charities, participated in community relations events at Austin’s “Community First!” Village, and helped fight homelesness in Central Texas.
Collegiately, he is a graduate of St. Edwards’s University. He is also a U.S. Air Force Veteran. His industry experience began as an Air Traffic Control Radar Specialist for the U.S. Air Force at Bergstrom Air Force Base 40 years ago.
Mr. Engwer is also strong on family values. He has been married to his wife, Maureen, for 25 years, and they have two sons, Robert and Hayden.
