AM Technical Solutions (AM) is committed to regular planning and alignment meetings to ensure we do what’s right for our company, people, and customers. Our recent quarterly manager’s meeting, held February 26-28 in the Gulf Breeze, Florida, was evidence of our commitment to these principles.
The gathering brought together 25 of our managers from the core areas of our business – Construction Management and Quality, Architectural and Engineering, and Commissioning. These individuals traveled from across the U.S. and Europe to engage in meaningful, in-person strategy sessions.
The central theme of “delivering success” was chosen to strengthen our culture and capabilities that define us as a global leader in high-tech construction services. Read on to learn more about what we accomplished in Florida.
Key Sessions and Collaborations for Delivering Success
A highlight of the gathering was the working sessions on the first day, which included multiple meetings designed to collaborate and foster interaction among all managers on various business topics. During these collaborative forums, the managers shared ideas and plans to successfully support our projects and people.
It is encouraging to see managers from all different backgrounds create actionable strategies that align with our goals while emphasizing the critical role of maintaining and protecting our company culture.
As we move forward from the meetings in Florida, our team is reinvigorated to support the culture and implement a blueprint for an ethically based company. The insights from these discussions have poised us to navigate future challenges and seize new opportunities confidently. Our customers, teams, and projects stand to benefit from the discussions held during this time together.
We are energized and ready to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, ensuring that our company remains a leader in the industry, known for our commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation.
“Being a solutions-based company with teams all over the globe, the face-to-face interaction is always important to support the growth of our company,” says Matt Shipley, General Manager. “We were pleased with the outcomes of the discussions to keep us focused on delivering success for our customers in a manner that supports the entire company.”
