Our company has been blessed beyond measure. Our goal every year is to share those blessings with others, especially during the Christmas season.
In December, our company partnered with the Salvation Army to provide toys to underprivileged children.
As part of Arizona’s Family Christmas Angel program, one of our high-tech teams in Arizona went on a shopping spree at a local Walmart, purchased 66 toys, and delivered the toys to the Salvation Army to be distributed to children in need.
The team in Arizona purchased footballs, trucks, and cars for boys. For girls, a Christmas shopping trip in 2019 would be incomplete without Frozen 2 gifts. Our team also purchased educational and adventure toys for both boys and girls to encourage early childhood development and to grow life skills.
In total, we were able to contribute nearly $1,300 in gifts to help the Salvation Army Southwest Division exceed their program goal for the 2019 Christmas season.
Counting donations from all parties involved in the Christmas Angel program, the Salvation Army received a grand total of $20,348, more than doubling the program’s initial goal of $10,000!
As you can see, our Arizona team was thrilled to contribute on behalf of our company to help brighten the Christmas season for deserving children.
Giving Back is Part of Our Mission
Led by our SVP of Operations, Curt Gwilliam, the Arizona team celebrated this example of community involvement during our internal “All Hands” meeting.
We were reminded of why we are deeply involved in the community as part of our mission to improve the lives of the people we serve.
