During this season of thankfulness, the leadership team of AM Technical Solutions (AM) wants to extend our appreciation to key groups of people.
We are incredibly thankful for our employees who have consistently delivered projects safely and with a first-time-right approach during this year’s most unusual climate.
We also want to extend appreciation to our valued customers who continue to trust our company to deliver projects on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
Thankfulness was certainly on our minds when we gathered together for the Fourth Quarter 2020 leadership meeting in November. As we prepare for the start of a new year, we can report that AM is poised to have a record year in 2021.
How We’re Preparing for Record Success in 2021
Our leadership team held several meetings to discuss initiatives and opportunities for next year. We arrived at critical decisions regarding key programs, potential M&A activity, and how to continue supporting our customers in ever-changing, global high-tech markets.
We also took the time to reflect on our successes in 2020. This included a review of how we strengthened each of our teams throughout the year, the results from the proprietary programs that we built to support project delivery, and how we were able to strengthen our position with Tier 1 clients.
The growth we experienced in 2020, combined with a very positive outlook in 2021, has created a clear path forward for our company to reach new heights next year.
