Completed in 2006, the Class 100/1000 cleanroom for nanotechnology included EBeam Lithography, FIB and SEM Imaging areas. AM provided full design services, construction administration, utility matrix development, phasing, tool research, gas/chemical and HPM analysis, EMI, and acoustics consulting.
