AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) is the only Authorized Service Provider for ASML, an innovative company that invents and develops complex technology for high-tech lithography, metrology and software solutions for the semiconductor industry.
To ensure that all of our construction projects that require ASML equipment installed in their facility is done right, AMTS hosted a mandatory ASML VTII training class. This vacuum training class focused on a clean way of working. The majority of this class was dedicated to the cleanliness required to work on the NXE system.
