AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) recently completed an annual cleanroom testing and certification project for two large medical device plants, located in Mexico.
Cleanroom Technicians created a testing plan adhering to ISO Class 8 international standards, and completed the work for two separate manufacturing plant locations, totaling more than 30,000 square feet. The plants use mold injectors to create plastic parts for instruments used in the medical industry. They also assemble the instruments and package them.
“One of our biggest challenges with this type of project is around the logistics of doing work outside of the United States. A lot of cleanroom certification companies don’t have the experience or capabilities to do international work. But since AMCBP has experience navigating the nuances of getting proper work permits and equipment transfers, large companies know they can trust us to not only complete the testing and certification work, but they can also count on our Cleanroom Performance group to proactively create a solution that allows our team to effectively operate anywhere in the world,” says Emil Bordelon, Senior NEBB Certified Professional.
AMCBP is a NEBB-Certified company having completed over 5,000 projects including various scopes of cleanroom construction: construction management, cleanroom certification, design / build, QA/QC analytical testing, and cleanroom testing, visit their website at www.AMCleanroomBuild.com.
