The AM Cleanroom Build and Performance Division completed the cleanroom construction of a new manufacturing facility containing nearly 250,000 square feet. The project was designed to enable capacity expansion for the production dialysis filters, as well as modifications to existing facility infrastructures.
The scope included cleanroom build of all cleanroom wall panels, windows, doors, frames, hardware, trim, sealants, supports, and braces per ISO8 cleanroom specifications, as well as environmental, safety, and health items.
“In a project of this size, effective communication with both the facility owner and the other trade contractors involved is the key to a successful implementation,” says Robert Logston, Cleanroom Construction Project Executive.
“Our positive performances with projects like this in the past, are largely based on our ability to propose a cost-efficient solution, and coordinate efforts between multiple trade contractors was vital to maximizing facility productivity while the expansion project was running. We look forward to continuing to help this client as their facilities grow and evolve.” finishes Logston.
