AMCBP Performs Cleanroom Testing at BioPharm Facility

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) has more than two decades of cleanroom testing and certification experience, and the largest team of NEBB Certified Professionals working for a single company in the industry. Recently we added another page to our portfolio by performing three valuable cleanroom tests for a BioPharm facility in the Southeastern United States.

 There are a series of standard tests our Cleanroom Technicians perform to certify clean spaces. In this environment, we focused on three specific tests:

1. Air Cleanliness Level Survey, per the ISO 14644-1 standard, which determines the actual particle concentration levels in specified size categories.
2. Air Velocity Test, to determine the air velocity and uniformity through the work zone.
3. Room Pressure Differential Test, to verify the capability of the cleanroom system to maintain the specified pressure differential in the cleanroom.

While none of these tests are unique to our team of certified professionals, our experience working with the owner and other contractors to remedy any issues on a project sets us apart.
