AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) was chosen by a major medical device company to replace the cleanroom airflow equipment at their production facility during an accelerated shutdown schedule.
The facility had a 96 hour shutdown that required us to ramp up the demo/install team in order to meet the schedule. When we started the demo and were able to see more of the interstitial area, we realized there were some prior install issues that would slow down the demo process. We brought in additional help within hours of finding the problem and were able to stay on schedule.
“Our team worked around the clock to replace 275 HEPA and ULPA filters and was able to meet the strict FDA requirements so they could resume production on schedule. The facility owner was very thankful we had the bandwidth to ramp up the install team despite the prior conditions we found and on such short notice,” said Robert Logston, Cleanroom Construction Product Manager.
