AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) recently completed a cleanroom project for a chemical manufacturer in the Southwestern U.S.
The client required AMCBP to remove and replace 14 existing fan filter units (FFUs) in their cleanroom. We installed new industry-leading units and accompanying HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters in their cleanroom.
We included all labor and material to support the complete removal, replacement, and installation of the new FFUs.
AMCBP Continues Industry Leadership in Cleanroom Construction
AMCBP recognized the importance of safely removing the previous FFUs, evaluating the condition of the area following removal, and understanding how to properly install the new units to support the client’s chemical manufacturing processes.
“For this particular project, thoroughness was critical,” says Robert Logston, Cleanroom Project Lead. “Not only did we want to provide replacement FFUs, we wanted to ensure the correct installation of the units. Thanks to our team’s expertise and knowledge of cleanroom projects, we were able to provide complete services for the client.”
AMCBP is an NEBB Certified company that has worked on more than 5,000 cleanroom projects. These projects have included cleanroom build and construction, softwall cleanroom construction, construction management, and cleanroom authentication.
