AMTS was fortunate to have one of our valued clients attend our last quarterly executive management meeting. We believe it’s important to involve our partners and clients in these strategic planning meetings because we value their input and feedback as it relates to how our company is creating and delivering integrated project delivery (IPD) solutions.
Our relationship with this particular executive spans over a decade, and our teams have worked with him while he was in leadership roles at two of the largest semiconductor FABs in the United States.
Here are some of his comments about his experience with AMTS:
AMTS teams continuously deliver on budget and schedule, and consistently perform beyond our expectations.
We can always trust that AMTS solutions are focused on what is best for us as the facility owner – not what is best or easiest for them as the solutions provider.
On one particular project, there was a stretch of months where I was taking weekly phone calls from other vendors involved saying that there was no way AMTS would be able to meet the aggressive timelines they set. Yet, not only were the AMTS teams ready before the time they committed to, they were also under budget. All of those details matter immensely because it means our facility can reach completion and be operational much faster.
“We believe our true impact starts back with our well-thought-out, strategic solutions. By working closely with facility owners up-front, we are able to eliminate potential roadblocks that could come down the road and delay project completion. When we communicate about best known methods and previous lessons learned with owners, everybody involved in the project has a greater opportunity to meet goals and be successful”, says Stephen Poindexter, COO of AM Technical Solutions.
“And then this same philosophy continues with the way our Project Managers oversee and manage the process on a day-to-day basis, and the way they continue to communicate with the owner all the way through completion,”continues Poindexter.
AMTS provides diverse integrated solutions across a facilities life cycle to include integrated construction management, new cleanroom construction, total quality programs, capital asset solutions, as well as cleanroom certification and testing.
