The AMTS Executive Leadership team, and members of the upper management team, met in Austin at the company’s global headquarters, to discuss strategic planning initiatives for the remainder of 2015 and beyond.
“Our leadership meetings are extremely productive. When we are able to take a step back from our day-to-day initiatives and plan for our company growth, it puts us in a better position to effectively deliver for our clients and employees across all three of our divisions,” says Stephen Poindexter, COO of AM Technical Solutions.
“It was particularly interesting this quarter to see all of the growth and potential we have both within existing account relationships, as well as new relationships we are forming as a team,” continues Poindexter. “It’s extremely important to us to work together efficiently to ensure we are delivering successful programs.”
