In 2014, AM Technical Solutions acquired the operations of Dallas-based L&L Cleanrooms, which included the L&L Rigging and Crating group. Both service areas have been successful, and due to a deep pipeline of cleanroom build projects, the AMTS executive team made a strategic decision to focus primarily on the AM Cleanroom Build & Performance Division, and has sold the Rigging & Crating group to a strategic buyer, Austin Rigging & Crating.

“The Logston’s, who previously owned the L&L Cleanrooms and L&L Rigging & Crating companies will remain with AMTS to continue to lead the growth of the AM Cleanroom Build & Performance Division,” finishes Glasson.
