When injury or illness strikes a child, families are forced to leave behind the support of friends and the security of home to seek medical treatment in Dallas. This year over 2,400 children and their families will find care and comfort while they are away from home. The House exists to welcome families with a place to sleep, three meals a day, transportation to and from area hospitals, plus a caring home-away-from-home.
