AM Technical Solutions was recently awarded two separate U.S.-based semiconductor facility scope expansions.
The first is a green field expansion of an existing semiconductor facility in Colorado that AMTS has worked with for the past five years.
The overall solution is built around the technology upgrade within a 30,000 square foot cleanroom, and includes quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), inspection and testing services of the process piping and semiconductor equipment.
The second also involves a significant technology upgrade of a 31,000 square foot cleanroom within a semiconductor facility in the Northwest.
Our technicians are responsible for protocol management, and ensuring that all work done by the general contractor and all trades are performed to the customer’s specifications.
Additionally, AMTS Construction Managers lead the coordination of project timelines and budgets between the facility owner, general contractor and all trade groups involved.
“By staying focused on the shared objectives of all parties involved, our technicians have been able to consistently deliver inside these facilities with an integrated approach. When you are working with an owner, a general contractor, and all of the trades, there is a lot of juggling and navigating that takes place. Because our teams have deep facility knowledge, and have been ingrained in their processes, we can effectively operate in their complex environments and deliver high quality solutions,” says Curt Gwilliam, VP of Operations of AMTS.
AMTS is celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary. A client-first, collaborative approach is a core operating value at AMTS, and has been a key driver behind company growth in recent years.
AMTS provides diverse integrated solutions across a facilities life cycle to include new cleanroom construction, integrated construction management, total quality programs, capital asset solutions, as well as cleanroom certification and testing.
