The AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) Division recently completed the annual cleanroom certification process for a global biopharm supply chain company.
One of the company’s facilities, located in Florida, is 328,000 square feet. Recently, one of our project teams certified a portion of the cleanroom space by performing leak testing and air flow for 260 HEPA filters, 150 MEGA tunnels – used to dry out gel capsules before packaging, and differential room pressures in 69 different rooms.
“This client provides a very broad range of services from development, to delivery, to supply, and knows that our certification teams can enter the process and provide reliable service at any stage,” says Emil Bordelon, an AMCBP NEBB Certified Professional with 30 years of experience.

With over 30 years of experience, and the NEBB Certification, the AM Cleanroom Build and Performance Engineers and Technicians can identify and analyze cleanroom performance problems; and suggest the most effective solutions or self-perform the corrections. Our Engineers and Technicians are experienced in the most sensitive environments such as ISO 14644, Class 3 through Class 8, and have helped develop the industry’s standard protocols and testing specifications, as well as some of the key instrumentation, testing media, and standard documentation in use today.
