The medical device manufacturer required a compliant, safe, and efficient cleanroom to support the critical production of life-saving medical devices.
A local, high-end construction company was in charge of the overall facility construction. AMCBP worked with the construction company to handle the design and completion of the cleanroom in a specific area of the facility.
What Cleanroom Work Was Included in the Project?
Our team provided and completed the following services for the cleanroom project:
- Cleanroom construction drawings
- Interstitial ceiling support system
- Plascore 2” UPVC walkable ceiling system
- Plascore 2” UPVC coated studless wall system
- Return air walls and liner walls system
- Plascore standard Pharma doors and windows
- Inside/Outside corners
- Bumper Rails and Corner Guards for the cleanroom
- Clear plastic curtain
- Gasketed grid at cleanroom above equipment
We also provided the client with the option of an Armstrong Steel CR Ceiling with a gasketed ceiling grid, ceiling tile, ceiling hanging wire, and specialty caulking.
