An important part of the AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) employee company culture is the active support of local community service organizations.
For the past three years, our employees have provided financial support given to send 100 South Dallas inner city kids to Young Life Camps. The kids, found through the Kids for Christ program, include teenagers from middle school to high school age, some pregnant/teen moms, as well as special needs kids.
“We have worked with Joe Anderson, the Area Director and organizer of the Kids for Christ program, as he works to spread the Word of God to inner city teens. It is amazing to see the kids’ faces when you knock on their door and tell them you are there for Kids for Christ. They are just excited to get out of the environment that they live in and play games, get some candy, and have fun, all while hearing the Word,” says Robert Logston, Cleanroom Construction Manager, AM Technical Solutions.
AMTS is also proud to have recently supported the Lone Star CASA program, which provides support for more than 46,600 children in the Texas foster care system. Lone Star CASA’s mission is to advocate for all of the foster children of Rockwall and Kaufman Counties during their time within the legal system.
“We are proud to support all of the local community organizations that are important to our company, and to our employees. It’s as much of a reward to our team as it is to the people who are part of the charities,” says Tim Glasson, SVP of Corporate Development.
