AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) sponsored the annual Oktoberfest event for the ISPE Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter (CaSA). The event is important for driving committee membership, and includes business networking and socializing opportunities for the growing number of pharmaceutical industry professionals in the area.
Executives from AMTS were also actively involved in the event.
“As Chair of the Education Committee, the event helps us meet members with interest in contributing to member education, either as a speaker or as somebody with particular expertise,” says Jim Hubbard, Director of Eastern US Operations for AMTS.
“The pharmaceutical industry in this part of the country is rapidly expanding, with global companies like Baxter coming into the region. Our goal is to ensure that our chapter is providing the knowledge, standards and best practices with our membership to help them succeed,” continues Hubbard.
The event was held at the Koka Booth Amphiteatre and featured live music, food, and carnival games. Over 200 people ranging from facility owners, to members, to service providers in the region attended.
AMTS is a NEBB-Certified company having completed over 5,000 projects including various scopes of cleanroom construction in the CaSA region, including construction solutions for compounding facilities, life science facilities, pharmaceutical facilities and other cleanroom spaces.
