ISPE-CaSA is a 1,300-member organization dedicated to helping those in the Life Sciences industry further their education, network, and improve technical efficiency.
Committee chairs and executive board members, including Jim Hubbard, chair of the ISPE-CaSA Education Committee for the past two years and North American Business Development for AM Cleanroom Build & Performance, recently sat down for their annual chapter meeting.
A lot has happened in the 2015-16 season. During that time, the education committee kick-started a program that had been dormant for several years.
“We worked from scratch to find and train volunteers and develop events that would attract industry professionals. In addition to bringing the programs back to life in Raleigh, we also started hosting educational events in Atlanta,” says Hubbard.
Overall, the ISPE-CaSA Education Committee hosted two events their first year and seven events their second.
“Although my chairmanship obligation is over at the end of this month, I have already taken up the position of Co-Chair for the Annual Technology Conference held in Raleigh. Don’t miss it. It’s on March 14, 2017.
“I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve the industry and the chapter. These events put me in front of the right industry leaders to yield several opportunities for AM Cleanroom Build and Performance, and I look forward to what the future holds.
“I’d also like to thank David Brande, Jennifer Clark, Heather Denny, Lisa Kerner, Rachel Leahy, Gigi Fan, and the other board members who work so hard in a volunteer capacity for the industry they love,” finished Hubbard.
