AM Technical Solutions understands the importance of being involved with leading professional associations in the semiconductor and life science industries.
Some of the company’s key executives recently joined the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), an organization whose purpose is to reform the management of production in design, engineering and construction for capital facilities. LCI developed the Lean Product Delivery System™ that applies to lean construction principles and tools to facilitate planning and control, maximize value and minimize waste throughout the construction process.
“Our client’s facility build projects evolve quickly and are driven by complex factors. As a result, our project solutions teams must work collaboratively to help our clients eliminate waste and execute more efficiently,” says Dan Codi, President of AM Technical Solutions.
“The LCI has built a great community for us to collaborate with surrounding lean construction principles. It’s part of our company culture to stay engaged and involved in associations that help us continue to grow our knowledge base, improve our processes and impact our ability to deliver leading solutions for our clients,” says Codi.
AMTS plans to attend the 16th Annual LCI Congress, the premier annual gathering for the Lean design and construction community, on October 7-10 in San Francisco.
