The company provided us with targets they wanted to achieve, then we devised a transformation pathway that leveraged LEAN concepts and approaches that would both eliminate waste and establish a foundation for continuous improvement.

To prepare for the transformation process, our team conducted multiple workshops with the company, assessed their methods and results, and provided training for an improved methodology.
