We are currently supporting one of the leading GCs in the high-tech construction space with a data center construction project in the Southwest U.S. region. We anticipate the project will require one full year to complete our assigned scope of work.

Our Project Scope for the Data Center Construction Project
The project owner is building a new data center campus that will support their strategic business initiatives. The GC contracted with our company for staff augmentation and technical resources to complete a technical portion of the construction work.
To ensure successful construction, we will provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and employee support for these specific technical areas:
- Controls specialists to support efficient data center operations.
- Electrical specialists to ensure the safe operations of critical infrastructure in a high-powered environment.
- Mechanical/HVAC specialists to verify the proper installation of cooling equipment and temperature control systems.
Each group of SMEs will work closely with the contractor’s team to coordinate efforts and ensure that all systems are correctly installed. This includes adhering to industry standards, following best practices, and conducting thorough checks to guarantee quality and compliance throughout the installation process.
We will take a proactive approach by verifying construction plans and ensuring team alignment before any work takes places. Our proven approach will ensure each critical task is completed correctly the first time, helping to eliminate rework, delays, and added costs.
